Mr.Pailvan Muhamed Faais-BEng, founder of the company started his construction business on year 2009 as a small scale construction services provider. After his hardworking effort & determination, company became sole proprietorship in year 2017 & was registered as KIFAT Constructions & obtained ICTAD-C8 Grading.
We are committed to deliver very unique solid finishes to every construction we undertake. Our ability to bring together the right combination of experience have been proved over the years.

KIFAT நிர்மாணங்கள் மற்றும் கட்டிடக்கலை வடிவமைப்பு நிலையம், இன்று இலங்கையில் அனைத்து வகையான சிவில் நிர்மாண வேலைகளிலும் ஈடுபட்டுள்ள பிரீமியம் நிர்மாண நிறுவனமாக 12 வருட தொழில் அனுபவம் மற்றும் வெளிப்பாட்டைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
நிறுவனத்தின் நிறுவனர் திரு.பைல்வன் முகமது ஃபாயிஸ்-(BEng), சிறிய அளவிலான கட்டுமான சேவை வழங்குனராக 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டு தனது கட்டுமானத் தொழிலைத் தொடங்கினார். அவரது கடின உழைப்பு மற்றும் உறுதிப்பாட்டிற்குப் பிறகு, நிறுவனம் 2017 ஆம் ஆண்டில் தனி உரிமையாளராக மாறியது மற்றும் KIFAT கட்டுமானங்களாக பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு ICTAD-C8 கிரேடிங்கைப் பெற்றது.
நாங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளும் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுமானத்திற்கும் மிகவும் தனித்துவமான திடமான முடிவை வழங்க நாங்கள் கடமைப்பட்டுள்ளோம். அனுபவத்தின் சரியான கலவையை ஒன்றிணைக்கும் எங்கள் திறன் பல ஆண்டுகளாக நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
සමාගමේ නිර්මාතෘ Pailvan Muhamed Faais-BEng මහතා කුඩා පරිමාණ ඉදිකිරීම් සේවා සපයන්නෙකු ලෙස 2009 වර්ෂයේ ඔහුගේ ඉදිකිරීම් ව්යාපාරය ආරම්භ කළේය. ඔහුගේ දැඩි උත්සාහයෙන් සහ අධිෂ්ඨානයෙන් පසුව, සමාගම 2017 වර්ෂයේදී තනි පුද්ගල හිමිකරුවෙකු බවට පත් වූ අතර KIFAT ඉදිකිරීම් ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි වී ICTAD-C8 ශ්රේණිගත කිරීම ලබා ගන්නා ලදී.
අප විසින් සිදු කරන සෑම ඉදිකිරීමක් සඳහාම ඉතා සුවිශේෂී ඝන නිමාවක් ලබා දීමට අපි කැපවී සිටිමු. අත්දැකීම්වල නිවැරදි සංයෝජනයක් එක් කිරීමට අපගේ හැකියාව වසර ගණනාවක් පුරා ඔප්පු කර ඇත.
